A living library
Nensi imagines a community space where Sumbanese women can create, teach and share knowledge. Visitors would encounter history, culture and everyday practices through the people who carry them.
The project connects weaving with nature, tradition and cultural exchange. It is a hope for future generations to value the knowledge held in the cloth and in the community.
I want to help women achieve their goals and dreams, and keep the stories of Sumba alive through weaving.
